Step 1 – Review and complete our Investment Advisory Agreement:

Step 2 – Complete the Client Information Form, Client Profile Questionnaire and Investment Policy Worksheet with the assistance of your Portfolio Manager:

Step 3 – Open an investment account at an independent custodian where your assets will be directly held.  We recommend Scottrade, Inc. based on their low trading and account maintenance costs.
